Thia Cooper and Raoul Blackman

This is a new page devoted to Dave's talented niece, Thia Cooper and her husband Raoul. Both have earned Doctorates in Theology. Thea is teaching at Gustavus Adolphus in Minnesota and the two have just bought a hobby farm about 15 miles west of St. Peter. They promise to submit digitals within the month so please be patient
