Our trip to Florida was spectacular because we have so very many friends, as well as Dave's sister & her family, living there. Our first stop was Jacksonville where we visited with our friend Carter, whom we have known for 25 years. We are both from Virginia. We then traveled on down to Ft. Pierce where we visited with good friends, David and Marla, on their gorgeous trawler Adesso. Dave Cooper went to China, where Adesso was built, to help them with their sea trial. Verro Beach was our next stop with Deanie & Frank. Deanie is Dave's sister. Luckily, his brother Larry and his wife Pam were also there. Such fun !!!

Our final stop was with our good sailing buddy from Venezuela, Steve, and his lovely new bride, Pat. Ironically, Pat, Steve and I are all from Virginia. They live in Cape Coral, which we adored for its 450 miles of canals, which is across the bay from Ft. Meyers. The car above is one of Steve's hobbies. We totally enjoyed our stay with them. Great folks and we wish them both much happiness.
